This cereal has a great toasty flavor that is perfect as a canvas for honey, fruit, or anything else you want to add to it. Not too sweet, infact it's very mild in flavor, but it has great crunch. I mix it with other cereals to give a big nutritional/fiber boost. My daughter loves it on her morning yogurt with lots of honey and cinnamon. The Crunchy Flax cereal is certified gluten-free by the GFCO and free of the eight most common allergens . They contain NO: wheat, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, soy, fish or shellfish . Also free of casein, potato, sesame and sulfites. Crunchy Flax are made in a dedicated nut-free and certified gluten-free facility.
